Bardy is going to get his feathers imped on. Even though Bardy has no feeling to his imped on feathers, will the feathers fall off? Or will the feathers have side effects to Bardy's body?
I think Leon and Borden is worried about Bardy because when Bardy broke his tail feathers they said what will happen to him is he going to be alright and that's what you say when your worried about something
I think Borden and Leon feel really really sad.I think Borden and Leon feel really really sad because they love Bardy very much and they care about him + Borden and Leon have feelings for him!
I am thinking that they will be able to fix bardy's feathers.I think so because bardy is older now and he will cooaperate when they are trying to fix his feathers.I also think so because it said in the text that sally has been taking a class with Paul James and he knows all about how to treat birds and help the invierment!
I think that Borden is sad when Bardy brakes his tail feathers. I think this because in the text it says "This is terrible, Pop,"said Borden. "how can I let him go if he can't fly?" An other reason I think this is because in the text Borden whent to his sister and said "I need to take to you." (Sally said) "about what?" "Bardys feathers broke off at the hunger streak line.He can't fly."
I think Borden's family now puts Bardy into their everyday lifestyle. Borden even stopped by so that Sally could help him. He even said: I need to talk with you. Sally tried to get the answer as soon as possible. Then Sally ran to get feathers for Bardy so that she could imp them on. Borden even said " This is terrible, Pop, How could I let Bardy go if he can't fly? But Leon doesn't want to let Bardy go. But they both love him. They just love him at different angles. One wants to keep Bardy. The other wants to let Bardy go. They all care for him. Will they all see that Bardy belongs in the wild? Since Borden found him there when he was only a owlet?
L think Leon and Borden feel worried about losing Bardy his tail feathers. I think that they feel worried because if Bardy goes into the wild there might be a animal that's bigger then him like a lion and he couldn't escape by flying away. Also if Bardy doesn't have his tail feathers he can't fly. Another thing is Bardy might need his tail feathers to get Bardy's owlets worms or rats. Also Borden and Leon won't be there forever so Bardy won't always be able to take care of him self and that includes being able to fly with your tail feathers.

I wounder why Bardy father"s mate wasn't there because i't doesn't say where she went so I think maybe she's died ? I think that because in the book it said " over and over Enrique called but no owl answered " so where did she go or what happened to her???
I am wondering what Leon will think when he finds out that bardy is a spotted owl.will he wring his neck? refuse to let him go? or do anything to bardy when he knows that he is a spotted owl?
I think that after Bardy broke his feathers, Borden wants to bring him back to the wild because maybe he is afraid that the judge will see Bardy's new tail feathers and ask questions about Bardy. But Bardy still flies okay. Is their family thinking if they let Bardy into the wild, will Bardy's imped on feathers fall off? Bardy belongs to the wild, but Leon wants to let Bardy stay home. But Leon is partly right because Bardy may be killed in the wild just like his sister did.
I think Leon and Borden feel sorry for Bardy when he breaks his tail feathers because Borden asks Sally (Borden sister) for help. Also I think Leon and Borden feel sorry for Bardy because Leon was probubly worried because when Sally told Leon she could fix Bardy's tail feathers Leon asked Sally "will it hurt him?".
I think Leon and Borden feel really sad for Brady because Brady was a really good freind in the past.He helped Leon and Borden when they needed help.I hope he will be okey.
On the last page of chapter 14 it said that the newspaper Cindy folded said For an individual or corporation killing or possessing a threatened or endangered species, The penalty is a $200,000 fine and up to one year in prison.
I also think Borden and Leon also feel bad because they told Bardy maybe you should learn how to fly.I think that because if they are the one that told him to do it they should feel bad because if they didn't tell him to do that they wouldn't feel bad because it wouldn't of happened. that is why i think Borden and Leon also feel bad.
Borden's characteristic's are happy.biking with Bardy to the riverside.Having a nice bike ride with Bardy .Borden is happy that Bardy can fly.Borden's mood is changing to sad. Bardy crashed into a tree and hurt his tail.Borden is sad that Bardy might not be able to fly any more.
Why would Bardy be in the forest without Leon?Maybe Leon was there but then he left and he thought that Bardy was behind him but he wasn't cause he wasn't paying atention to Leon.
I think Borden and Leon feel,protective of Bardy.I think they feel protective because in the begining both Leon and Borden din't care much for Bardy,but now it looks like the'll do anything for Bardy.
I think Borden and Leon feel worried about Bardys broken feather's because they care for Bardy and they love him but they do not know what to do for Bardy because they never fixed a problem like this before. That is why I think Borden and Leon feel worried about Bardy's broken feather's and what they are going to do about it !! !! !! !!!!!!!
I think Borden and Leon felt bad when Bardy lost his feathers. On page 96 and 97, Borden and Leon were sooo happy that Bardy could fly but then Bardy crashed and Leon and Borden felt bad because he can't fly any more. So mabey when Bardy's mom teaches him to fly he won't be able to.
