Oh no! The owl family couldn't find enough to eat! To add to the problems, the owlets were growing weak and he caught less and less prey even though the tried his best. I wonder if he had to hunt more farther away wouldn't he lose his family? I remember that at the beginning of the text, it said, if owls get to far away from each other, they will get lost since they cannot hear their calls. What will happen if they cannot find food? Will the mate try to go hunt? Who will watch over the owlets? If the owlets fall, who will rescue them?
Te food is running low because the lumber company cut down to many prey. With less trees there is less prey. That because when the trees were cut, the prey inside them died.
why is none of the parents there with the owlets?They do not seem old enuf to be home alone,they do not even have all there feathers.Is it that hard for the owls to find food?

Hopefully, the owlets don't fall! I have another question, the cover page has only one owl. But there are two owlets. What could've happened to the other owl? Could someone already taken her or him? Or she was hunted by an owl's predator?
How did the owl get barried?And why can't they go near it?Why did they live there first six months well in the forest and the rest bad?I wonder if the dad owl will get the squriel for him to eat and his family?I wonder how long the owlets will stay in there nest?I wonder why it is raining in the begging of sunny seson?I wonder if the grove is destroed?I wonder if the owlets are hurt>?

i predict that in chapter 5 kidnapped i think that borden might capture enrique and bring enrique home with him or enrique would follow borden all the way home.
All of this the tree cuters did,I am relly glad they stoped cuting,all of these probloms are because they cut down all of these trees.The owlets are very strong to survive this long and the parents are very brave to do those things for the owlets.I feel very sad for them,I wish I could help them some how.
I wonder why the Enrique was provoked to tear the jay into pieces ,don't they feed their young?Well mabey its the female who feeds the young because Enrique did not find the female on the nest .

i think the food was hard for Enrique because in chapter 2 the bad owls where trying to steal the food and in chapter 4 it said that Enrique had a bad life so far because there food is scares
I never new that the mom and dad owls can leave the owlets when they are babies also moms and dads have to wait till there feathered, like in the real world you can stay with your parents for a long time or when your at lest 20 you can live on your own.
when i look at the chapter name i think that there is a female that had baby owls because the chapter name is the owlets so there has to be some kind of baby owls?
